Who is responsible

AI Only Labs operates Money Wize Owl and is the responsible party for personal information collected through this site. Contact sales@wizeowl.today for privacy requests.

What we collect

A submitted assessment contains your name, email, mobile number, province, preferred language, work situation, debt and income ranges, existing Debt Review status, contact preferences and consent choices. We store a reference, timestamps and campaign attribution. We do not request an ID number, bank login, card details, PIN or one-time password.

During the form, answers remain in browser memory and clear on refresh or close. They are sent when you submit. A signed, essential cookie gives this browser access to your result for 30 minutes. Campaign information may remain in session storage until the tab is closed. Cookie choices are saved in local storage until you change or clear them.

Why we use it

We process the completed assessment to calculate and save a preliminary screening result, support your enquiry and protect the service against abuse. The result is based on chosen bands and is not a legal or credit decision. Contact permission and optional marketing consent are separate from assessment processing.

If you request a conversation, we may share the enquiry with a registered debt counsellor in our provider network. We work with multiple providers. You may ask who received your information. We do not claim that submitting authorises unrelated businesses to market to you. You may withdraw optional permissions by emailing us.

Service providers and location

Vercel hosts the website. Maton connects the server to Google Sheets, where completed assessments are recorded. Supabase stores submission references, keyed digests and rate-limit counters in an isolated operational area for duplicate prevention and security. Access is limited to the people operating the enquiry service and the providers needed to deliver it.

These providers may process information outside South Africa. The service does not represent that all data stays in South Africa. Contact sales@wizeowl.today for questions about provider access and cross-border processing.

Retention

Our operational retention policy is to review completed enquiry records for deletion 90 days after the last enquiry activity, unless a justified legal obligation requires a different period. Retention reviews are managed by AI Only Labs; Google Sheets does not automatically delete these records. You can request deletion earlier by contacting us.

Financial answers and contact details are not stored in application logs. Opaque submission row assignments may be kept longer to prevent duplicate processing. Security rate-limit counters expire after ten minutes. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a particular record.

Cookies, measurement and advertising

Optional measurement and advertising are off until you choose them in Cookie settings. When enabled, guide pages may use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics with query strings removed. Google advertising, when enabled, can use cookies or similar technologies subject to the applicable consent mechanism. You can change your choice in the footer.

The budget calculator sends no entered amounts. Advertising and session replay are not placed in the assessment or on results. Meta conversion integration is separately disabled until configured and reviewed. If enabled with your measurement permission, an eligible saved enquiry may send a deduplicated event and hashed contact information. Hashing is not anonymisation. Financial answers and detailed outcome classifications are excluded.

Optional personalisation and AI

If you choose approximate location, Vercel uses network information to estimate a country and province. You can correct the province. We do not send your IP to ipapi or use it to infer income, debt, race or other personal circumstances. Location does not change screening criteria.

The optional AI navigation feature sends only one of three selected goals to OpenAI, without your contact details, IP, province or assessment answers. Approved site content remains available if AI is disabled. AI does not make qualification decisions. Microsoft Clarity records public-page interactions only after separate permission. Assessment, result and budget pages are excluded. Microsoft and OpenAI may process data outside South Africa. Change recording consent in Cookie settings.

Your rights and security

You may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing where applicable and withdraw optional consent. Email sales@wizeowl.today. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. You may raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator through inforegulator.org.za.

We use server-side credentials, encrypted transport, validation, restricted service access and duplicate protection. No service can promise absolute security. The operator must assess suspected compromises, contain them and make required notifications to affected people and the Information Regulator.
